Resumes are used by potential employers to choose who is a possible candidate for the job a job. It is very common that 100's per resume for a job, that was posted in a newspaper or internet. The employer can't interview 100's of people so they choose a few people to interview based on there resume.

You can think of a resume like a advertisement for yourself to a potential employer.

There is no perfect resume, just like there are no perfect jobs, or perfect employers. but there are so jobs and employers that come come to perfect & it is the same with resumes, there is no perfect resume, but we can do the best we can to come as close to perfect as we can.

It is important to personalize each resume you send out according to the needs of each job. It is important to research the requirements of the job,and to try to personalize your resume according to the needs of that job.

Resumes outline your qualifications, experiences, skills and your knowledge.

Resumes should only state the positive & only state your strong points, do not state any negative information in a resume.

Resumes are the first impression that you will make on your potential employer.

Make sure your resume is easy to read, don't use slang, local words, and abbreviations , even professional abbreviations, because may times someone other the the person hiring you will choose a few resumes to give to the person hiring, and that person choosing the resumes might not know all the abbreviations It should be one page, unless you have a huge amount of any knowledge of the job.

A good resume is the first will help you make a first impression, and it is the first step to getting the the job that you want.
